We streamline the RFQ process through dedicated communication channels, efficient sourcing and data management, thorough analysis, and customized service to meet your unique needs. Daily updates ensure transparency and keep you informed throughout the process.
Creating Subaccounts on Inventory Locator Websites
The customer will provide access or credentials to relevant inventory locator websites such as ILS, PartsBase, or any other platform necessary for sourcing RFQs to efficiently source RFQs from these platforms.
Assigning an Official Email Address
Upon engagement, the customer will provide an official email address to assign to their dedicated RFQ Manager. This email address will serve as the primary communication channel for receiving RFQs and updates.
Data Entry into ERP
The customer will provide access or credentials to their ERP system, such as Salesforce (AvSight) or Quantum Component Control to the assigned RFQ Manager for creating vendor quotes / customer quotes and relevant data entry. This ensures that all data remains securely within the customer's accounts.
Analyzing Vendor Quotes for Best Pricing
Upon receiving vendor quotes, the assigned RFQ Manager will diligently analyze each quote for the best pricing options.
Customization According to Your Needs / Specific Requirements
